Information Desk

Our staff is here to welcome you and your family. Our information desks are located near the entrance level and are staffed from 9 am to 5 pm. Please feel free to ask the staff any questions you may have about Siddhasthali, the care you receive, or any procedures at any time during your experience with us.

Our administrative office is located on the second floor of the Hospital.  The administrator is a direct link to the Hospital administration and serves as a liaison between the patient, family, and the Hospital. Our goal is to improve the hospital experience by explaining policy, answering questions, and seeking solutions to problems. If you have any concerns or questions, please ask your nurse regarding your care or contact the administrator at 9855032566.

Emergency Services

Our emergency services include everything from minor illness or injury to the stabilization and transfer of trauma and medical conditions which require specialized services for seriously ill patients.
Patients requiring advanced medical or surgical care are stabilized and transferred to the nearest appropriate facility.
We have implemented a triage system to help determine the relative priority of individual patient needs. Emergency patients will be given immediate treatment, while those with non-acute symptoms should expect a longer waiting time.
When patients arrive at the Emergency Department, they will first be assessed by our experienced and trained triage nurse according to the severity and nature of their medical conditions, and priority will be given to urgent cases.
Critical patients who are dying or in life-threatening conditions receive top priority and are attended immediately by our team of medical and nursing staff without waiting.

Primary Care

Access to high-quality primary care is the foundation for health and well-being. Our care team can help with both acute and chronic conditions, whether patients are suffering from a cold or managing a chronic illness like diabetes.
